Wellness Complex Part Time

Performs a variety of duties as needed to assist in the operational functions of the facility to include but, not limited to floor supervision, physical assistance, customer service, and desk operations.

General Statement of the Function

Performs a variety of duties as needed to assist in the operational functions of the Wellness Complex to include but, not limited to customer service desk operations.

Education and/or Experience

High School Equivalent or General Education Degree

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices

Front Desk

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Manage incoming patrons/members for complex use
  • Efficiently operate Wellness Complex computer software i.e. scan members, transactions, records update, etc…
  • Greet incoming patrons in courteous, helpful, and positive manner
  • Adhere to and enforce Wellness Complex rules and regulations
  • Arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to shift start-time
  • Attend to general housekeeping duties and responsibilities
  • Other duties assigned

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 49 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee is occasionally required to perform job responsibilities in the outdoors and off site.
