Fitzgeralds Group is looking for a Senior Casino Host. This position is within the Player Development department.

The company philosophy revolves around guest service, teamwork, and productivity/profitability.

Essential functions include ensuring the confidentiality of guests lists for telemarketing, maintaining motivation and discipline, handling guest requests and complaints, attending tournaments and functions to interface with VIP guests, and keeping the manager informed of all activity within the department.

Marginal functions include cleaning/keeping office and public areas neat.

Job requirements include excellent communication and customer relations skills, knowledge of organizational skills, computer knowledge, past experience in a Casino Host position, and the ability to be licensed by the State of Mississippi for a Gaming Badge.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder level, climbing, crawling, squatting or kneeling, and bending. Lifting/carrying ranges from 10 lbs. or less to over 100 lbs. Repetitive use of hands includes simple grasping and pushing/pulling.

Employment conditions include an average of 40 hours per week, with assigned shifts that vary. The work is primarily indoor with controlled atmosphere.
