- Assist in the evaluation of financial aid applications and determination of eligibility for financial assistance
- Complete verification of student files according to Department of Education regulations
- Assist in the review and application of institutional scholarships and state financial aid awards to student accounts
- Provide quality customer service as needed, including meeting with students and answering phone calls and e-mails
- Computer proficiency required, experience using Banner preferred
- Strong customer service, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience of 1-3 years in financial aid preferred
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
