Finance and Operations Analyst

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Finance and Operations Analyst to support its manufacturing facilities with data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze plant financial performance, including costs, volumes, and margins, and support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close. You will build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, partner with mill and operations leaders on productivity and capital initiatives, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant and manufacturing financial performance, including cost, volume, and margin trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for operations and manufacturing sites.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, productivity, and cost drivers.
• Partner with operations leaders to evaluate initiatives, capital projects, and productivity improvements.
• Perform variance, cost, and profitability analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure financial information accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, sustainability, and safety-focused initiatives across operations.
