Urbanisme And Land Affairs Agent
Under the responsibility of the Director General of Services, the Service Manager, as an urban planning and land affairs agent, you are in charge of supporting the Service Manager and the service managers in the following missions:
Urban Planning and Land Service Reception:
- Welcome to the urban planning and land service
- Information and orientation of the public on site or by phone
- Orientation of the public to the competent services or organizations
Management and Pre-instruction of Urban Planning Authorization Dossiers:
- Urban planning certificates, preliminary declarations, building permits, demolition permits, DAET, DAME… in liaison with the instructing service of the Oisans Community of Communes
- Transmission of dossiers to network managers, follow-up of treatments
- Administrative and fiscal follow-up of urban planning authorizations
- Archiving of dossiers
Land:
- Drafting of conventions: leases, conventions of occupation of public domain
- Follow-up of land acquisition and cession dossiers
- Search for owners and parcels, edition of plans, orientation of the public
- Follow-up of procedures of public utility servitude and declaration of public utility
- Knowledge in matters of planning: ZAC, subdivisions, UTN… would be an asset
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of the status of the territorial public service
- Experience in urban planning
- Ideally, knowledge of the specificities related to the "Mountain" regulation
- Teamwork sense and relational qualities
- Writing skills and synthesis ability
- Diligence, organization, autonomy, and availability

L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
