CAREGIVER IN SAUCIER, MS

PAY RATE: $12.25 HRLY

Must have one year of experience working as a Caregiver in a professional setting. Full valid Driver’s License that you have held for 12 months (Learner’s permit and Intermediates do not qualify) and must have a HS Diploma/ GED

HOURS: FULL-TIME

Mon 3p-11p, Wed 3p-11p, Fri 3p-11p, EOW Sat 3p-11p, Sun 3p-11p = 24-40 hrs Full-Time in Saucier

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• All new hires must attend a paid orientation for two days
• Must have full valid Driver’s License that you have held for 12 months
• Must have a HS Diploma/ GED

You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Duties include meal prep, medication administration, housekeeping, and personal care (e.g., feeding, dressing, hygiene, toileting). You may also provide total care, including lifting, transferring, and using equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Driver's License:
  Held a full and valid Driver's License for at least 12 months. Permits or Intermediates do not qualify.
