Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sardis, Mississippi

As an SLP, you'll work with a diverse caseload of K-12 learners, using your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders. Whether you're a seasoned professional with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to gain school-based experience, your passion for pediatric care will shine in this rewarding role.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Conduct screening, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct speech therapy services in individual or group settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate strategies for student success
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
