Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and social workers.

Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmates needs. Perform regular rounds in confined housing areas to evaluate inmate progress and mental health needs. Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and confrontation avoidance strategies for individuals in crisis. Participate in team conferences to coordinate mental health care and treatment strategies. Ensure compliance with all facility policies and mental health regulations.

What You Need

Required:

Valid license or eligibility as a Psychologist (board eligibility required) Ability to pass facility clearance (SSN card, driver s license) Ability to perform assessments and provide mental health treatment Preferred:
