Location: Jonestown
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dependable Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. You will deliver direct personal care and emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life journeys.
Qualified candidates hold an active CNA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Prior direct patient care and the ability to work independently are required.
