The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work in coordination with clinic staff to help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environment.

• Master's Degree
• Occupational therapist licensure
• 5 years of experience.

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine the patient's physical condition, limitations, medical history and personal goals.
• Communicate with clinic staff to confirm plans of care.
• Advise patient's family members and other supportive individuals regarding the level of care for the patient.
• Provide OT guidance, support and education during patient sessions.
• Instruct patient how to interact with adaptive technology and how to use assistive devices.
• Guide patient through graded activities.
• Generate documentation for patient and patient files
• Other duties as assigned
