About the Role

You will provide community based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part time evening position focuses on supporting participants in daily living, personal hygiene, behavioral needs, and developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

• Encourage and assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships and engage participants in community activities.
• Promote participants' independence in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure high quality care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
