Penn National Gaming - 1100 Casino Strip Resort Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent guest service across hotel operations including front desk, gift shop, RV park, and reservations;
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, especially ViP guests, to build loyalty;
Greet guests, assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide escort instructions to Bell Staff;
Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts;
Enter accurate information into computer systems such as AS400, LMS, and Micros
