Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Maintain sanitation of Jack Binion Steakhouse, EDR and Main Kitchen areas and equipment by washing dishes, pots, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease;
Cleans all bar areas, including bar tops, equipment, floors, and floor drains;
Sets up work area at the beginning of the shift and maintains organization of back line;
Maintains par levels of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and condiments;
Carries dirty dishes from the breakdown area to the dishwashing area
