Elior North America - - Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating catering events from start to finish, including logistics, setup, and teardown;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, customizing orders, and ensuring event details meet client expectations;
Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for catering orders, event rentals, and materials;
Maintain a master calendar of events and deadlines, attend pre-event meetings, and communicate event details to relevant parties;
Liaise with external vendors to arrange equipment, rentals, and services to support successful event execution
