Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university applicable to position. 2+ years of relevant experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Skills- PC and Microsoft Office advanced
- Federal and State Labor Laws expert
- Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines advanced
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors advanced
