As an HR Assistant
, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team and other management team members.
- Maintain employee data and support all functions of the human resources department.
- Support the reception desk by greeting visitors and following Hunter protocol.
- Notify personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Arrange and support lunches and meals for meetings and visitors.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Assist with coordinating & participating in Company-sponsored events and activities.?
- Support onboarding:
- Take new employee photos
- Set up new hires with Fresh Market Access
- Create employee badges
- Maintain employee photo directory
- Support the onboarding process
- Support employee lunches and support service award activities.
- Daily filing of employee records, including discipline, training, employment, and other documents.
- Maintain training records in Excel
- Maintain App Space communication monitors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related activities and records.
- Support recruiting activities.
- Other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree in human resources or business is preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management.
- Provide confidential and diligent support for the workforce .
- Proficient in MS Office Suite;
Excel and Word experience required. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to follow set policies and procedures .
- Ability to multitask and work in a highly fast‑paced environment
