What You'll Do
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Support full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Administer HR programs, benefits, HRIS, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related HR role.
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or production environments is preferred.
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. export control regulations.
