Seasonal Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiting Assistant to support our seasonal hiring efforts for warehouse roles at our Jonestown, PA distribution center. This temporary position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during our peak season. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.

Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.

Collaborate with DC Recruiter, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.

Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.

Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 4 days per week.

Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
