Job Title

Within the IT department of Atral Group, you are the preferred contact between the business units, service providers, and IT teams for all the group's business applications.

Your role: ensure the availability, service quality, and evolution of the solutions that support the company's industrial and administrative activities.

You work in a transforming environment, with significant projects such as the evolution of the SAP ERP and the deployment of new digital tools.

Management of Business Applications

• Provide first-level functional and technical support.
• Coordinate with service providers and publishers.
• Track incidents, evolution requests, and production deployments.
• Manage user authorizations and access.
• Ensure service quality and operational continuity.

Interface Between Business Units and IT

• Collect and analyze user needs.
• Participate in functional specifications.
• Accompany application deployments and evolutions.
• Facilitate exchanges between users, partners, and IT.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for optimizing processes and tools.
• Monitor performance and satisfaction indicators.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the modernization of the information system.

General IT Support

• Provide troubleshooting for common user issues (workstation, peripherals, access, office applications).
• Participate in the continuity of IT support as a complement to the infrastructure team.
• Perform simple technical operations (RDP, restart services or VM).

• Experience with business applications (ERP, MES, digitalization, or equivalent).
• Understanding of industrial and business processes.
• Knowledge of good IT security practices and GDPR.
• Experience in managing service providers and tracking tickets.
• Autonomy and responsiveness.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
