Trainee Manufacturing Digitalization & IIOT

Objective:
As a working student or intern (m/f/d) working on a bachelor's or master's thesis, you will support the team in the Digitalization Department on various projects and with day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support for migrating existing SSRS reports to Microsoft Power BI
• Development, optimization, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Creation and optimization of data models and SQL queries (MS SQL Server)
• Development of small applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Support for process automation using Power Automate
• Analysis and visualization of production and quality data
• Collaboration on digitalization projects in the production environment
• Supporting the integration and analysis of data from MES, IIoT, and other production systems
• Collaboration on smaller software development and automation projects (e.g., using Python)
• Collaboration with business units to identify and implement new reporting and digitalization solutions

Position Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, business informatics, data science, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in business intelligence, data analysis, and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is desirable
• Basic knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, or Python is a plus
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Good command of German and English
