Overview
The Market Engineer role supports IT systems used in Front of House and Back of House environments, including networks, hardware, software, and property-specific platforms such as PMS, POS, and gaming systems. This role focuses on day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and assisting with technology implementations to ensure reliable operations and a positive guest experience while following organizational standards.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day IT system support for Front of House and Back of House environments, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate teams.
- Assist with technology implementations and deployments to ensure reliable operations and minimal guest impact.
- Experience in IT systems support within hospitality or property management environments.
- Knowledge of PMS, POS, and gaming systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to follow organizational standards.
