Scope of work (Responsibilities):

Active Directory management and support
– Agency enterprise backup systems management and support
– Enterprise storage and storage management
– Server software and hardware patch management
– Routine daily server software and hardware support
– Technical assistance in the event of a system crisis
– Assistance in maintaining adequate documentation of the server environment
– Assisting the server manager in all areas of Data Center support and server management
– Providing knowledge transfer to technical staff

Microsoft Windows

Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization technology

Microsoft Exchange, with at least 1 year at 2003 level

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, including the former SMS

Server hardware, with focus on HP/Compaq Proliant Series servers

Data Center operations, including environmental, power, rack management, KVM, and monitoring
