Hitachi Energy is seeking an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Crystal Springs, Mississippi to deliver hands-on IT support in a manufacturing environment. You will deploy and configure computers, train users, and manage IT assets while coordinating devices and warranty repairs on-site.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of IT support experience, knowledge of Service Now, Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS, and strong English communication skills. ITIL 4/Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
