Support racks, UPS, PDUs, and cooling infrastructu - re.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to alerts/inciden - ts.
Suppor rt Moves, Adds, and Changes (M A - C).Maintain equipment inventory, tickets, and technical documentati

Follow data center security and safety procedur - es.
Collaborate with network, systems, and IT tea
Requireme
- nts Experience in data center, IT infrastructure, server, or hardware suppo
- rt.
Knowledge of servers, networking, cabling, and data center infrastructu - re.
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skil - ls.
Ability to lift and work with IT equipme
Prefer
- redCompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or data center certificatio
- ns.
Experience with ticketing and monitoring too - ls.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fie
