Location: Blue Springs
Worldwide Tech Services is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair for end-user devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers. You will provide desk-side support, handle IMAC activities, and communicate status and estimates to users and the service desk.
Responsibilities include adhering to service operations policies, meeting customer service metrics, and assisting with change management requests.
