Provide hands-on support for IT issues requiring on-site assistance.

Deliver, configure, and deploy ready-to-use computers and devices.

Guide users with practical training on common IT tools and services.

Manage inventory of IT hardware, accessories, and related assets.

Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate asset records.

Coordinate device shipments, returns, and equipment movements.

Manage warranty claims and vendor interactions for hardware repairs.

Support collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, and end-user technology needs.

Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.

Experience supporting users within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Service Now, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.

Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

ITIL 4 and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
