- High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
- 1–2 years of IT or tech support experience
- Working knowledge of school-based technology and support procedures

Responsibilities of the Position:- Set up, configure, and image laptops, desktops, tablets, Chromebooks, and peripherals.
- Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and maintain technology inventory, asset tags, and related documentation.
- Provide Help Desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, audio-visual, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and basic component repairs; escape complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace for Education and Chromebook devices.
- Assist end users with routine technical questions, in-classroom technology use, and testing setups.
- Maintain technology support logs and user documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends through training, technical materials, and workshops.
