Summary

Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods from suppliers through production to customer delivery. This position is responsible for supervising the daily warehouse operations, including purchasing support, inventory control, shipping and receiving, material planning, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the end‑to‑end warehouse process from purchasing through customer delivery.
  • Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels with suppliers when applicable.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions within SAP.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in resolving supplier quality, delivery, and material availability issues.
  • Analyze data and recommend improvements to warehouse efficiency, transportation, and overall operational performance.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and departmental work instructions.
  • Participate in internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO/IATF standards.
  • Lead and support the warehouse team.
  • Track performance and report on costs, delivery times, and inventory accuracy.
  • Solve problems related to delays or supply issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms and international trade is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience with German company
