• Oversee the overall direction and leadership for the Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
• Partner with the Site Reliability Engineer to minimize downtime, track maintenance KPIs, and implement TPM standard methodologies.
• Manage a maintenance work process and a team of up to 20 staff, including scheduling, spare parts procurement, and documentation.
• Develop and execute a maintenance strategy and budget for the plant, ensuring adherence to safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools such as SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, and reliability centered maintenance (RCM).
• Mentor and coach the maintenance team, promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Communicate plant performance, goals, and safety expectations to all Maintenance team employees.

• 5–10 years of maintenance or related experience, with responsibility for maintenance on assets.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; B.S. Engineering or related certification a plus.
