Part‑time; days and hours may vary.

$12.00 per hour (fixed rate)

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Follow proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
