Lead Person – 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday – 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM) – Byhalia, MS Distribution Center.

• Training new hires on proper driving techniques and work processes.
• Verifying containers in the dock door at the start of shift.
• Assigning work according to daily priorities.
• Ensuring that team members follow all safety rules.
• Assisting at the shipping desk as needed.
• May be required to load, unload, and put away as needed.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Proven ability to show high attention to detail.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities.
• WMS Experience (High Jump Preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
• Forklift Certified (Preferred).

This position requires frequent sitting and standing. Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time & push/pull/lift to 45 pounds.
