RADCO is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. The role is critical to maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the property.

• Physically walk the property frequently to remove all debris, trash, and pet droppings.
• Aware of property goals and the condition of the property, and take immediate steps to address any issues, concerns, or unsafe conditions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager.
• Perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs, as directed.
• Remove and transfer appliances and equipment to/from storage area to apartment as circumstances warrant and assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster.
• Support Make Ready duties as needed, including but not limited to trash‑out duties, repair appliances and light fixtures, and minor carpentry.
• Perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Listen and respond to resident requests and/or concerns in a calm, supportive, and timely manner.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism.
• Exhibit a sense of care and urgency with assigned work orders.
• Attend and assist in resident activities and functions during or after hours as needed.

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart.
• Must provide reliable personal transportation to fulfill job functions.

• Requires constant movement and use of arms and legs, including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, and handling materials.
• Must work from heights using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.
• Must carry, move, or repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Must shovel snow, plow, salt, or use ice melt as needed.
• Must meet ladder duty rating up to Type IAA (Extra Heavy Duty) of 375 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate, speak, and understand clearly most of the time.
• Must utilize computer hardware, including keyboards, mouse, and tablet.
