Maintain store operating hours and ensure schedules align with District Manager directives;
Hire, train, and supervise store personnel with District Manager approval;
Control inventory shrinkage within 2.5% of annual sales and maintain Shrink Check Test score 80 or above;
Enforce company safety policies and ensure proper cash handling and reporting;
Transmit/payroll information accurately and timely per policy
