Position Summary
As a senior associate leader at Walmart, you will lead and develop teams, manage store operations, drive sales performance, ensure customer service excellence, oversee budgeting and compliance, foster a culture of belonging, and support the company’s regenerative mission.

Minimum Qualifications- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of required firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, acknowledgement of required current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
