Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other critical infrastructure;
Supervise the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment;
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the ANCRA unloading system;
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for building systems, material handling equipment, and specialized systems;
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
