The Hazlehurst Housing Authority located in Hazlehurst, MS seeks an experienced housing professional to serve as Executive Director.
Executive Director responsibilities include overseeing administration of 122 public housing units (apartments) and supervising all aspects of the Authority's operations. The selected candidate will manage affordable housing, Public Housing finance, human resources, and Public Housing administration.
Qualifications:
management experience in affordable housing; strong understanding of Public Housing finance, human resources, and Public Housing administration; minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Salary: $72,000 per year. Benefits include PERS retirement, health care, PTO leave and paid holidays.
