Duties
Help
Manages the District construction programs including projects funded by both the US and Japanese Government
Develops long-range plans (three to five years) covering projected activities, anticipated resource requirements, and changes in organization or functional assignments necessary to accommodate projected requirements
Evaluates the desirability of changes in organization, delegations of authority, and procedures for internal coordination within broad parameters established by higher echelons
Maintains cooperative relationships with all AE firms, contractors, customer organizations, and the Government of Japan
Incumbent is relied upon for authoritative advice on all aspects of Construction programs
Performs the full range of actions required to manage the personnel assigned to the Construction Division
