About the Agency: BRC is an intermediate care facility for adults aged 21 and over. Our program is operated under the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. This position will be located at Wesson in Lincoln, MS. For more information regarding this position, please contact HR 79 or 75098.
About the Position:
Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff and supervisors.
What you'll need to be Successful:
Ability to manage lower-level staff. Ability to set work schedules and assign tasks. Provide a positive attitude and self-motivation. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. May require some college credit by hiring agency and/or a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
