Rainforest Carwash is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our growing team as a Manager in Training
.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous management experience who is ready to grow with a family-owned company. You will receive hands‑on training in the day-to-day operations of one of our locations and develop the skills needed to successfully lead a Rainforest Carwash team.

• Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-service environment
• Experience hiring, training, and managing employees
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and manage daily business operations
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Basic electrical or mechanical experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lead by example and take ownership of your location

• Leading and supporting your team
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Training and developing employees
• Assisting with hiring and staffing
• Handling cash and daily business operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility
• Learning the equipment and operational side of the business
• Working toward managing the day-to-day operations of your own location

• Full-time position
• 5-day work week
• Approximately 48 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Typically home by 8:00 PM, with many days ending earlier
• No late-night shifts

• Starting salary of $800 per week
• Opportunities for salary increases and bonus pay as you advance
