Job Summary:

The General Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to support the production and manufacturing processes. This includes operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
  • Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to [X] lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
