Nexteel Saha, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Swamper to join our OCTG manufacturing team in Crosby, Texas.

This position plays a critical role in supporting yard operations, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Organize and stage pipe and materials in the yard
• Support forklift operators and crane operators during material movements
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the yard
• Assist with inventory counts and material identification
• Secure loads and prepare materials for shipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

• Previous industrial, construction, pipe yard, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving materials
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
