Production Manager

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead at the center of manufacturing operations. As a Production Supervisor, you will guide a skilled production team responsible for transforming raw materials and components into high‑quality transformer products. Your leadership will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule—every day.
In this role, you will balance people leadership with operational excellence. You will oversee day‑to‑day production activities, coordinate resources, and ensure plans align with demand and quality standards. By monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will play a key role in strengthening efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting cost‑effective operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to resolve equipment, process, and production challenges, while helping to improve consistency across designs, processes, and materials. At the same time, you will champion health, safety, and environmental standards, reinforcing a strong safety mindset across the production floor.
Just as important, you will help develop people. By fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning, you will support individual growth while building a motivated, high‑performing team. How You’ll Make an Impact- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
- Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively
- Execute production plans to meet volume and quality targets
- Track KPIs and address deviations with corrective actions
- Identify equipment, process, and capacity constraints
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
- Lead, coach, and develop internal and external team members
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality processes
- Experience leading teams and supporting continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze operational data and KPIs
- Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills
