Line Lead, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to employees on assigned production lines
• Ensures employees are following established process and safety standards
• Ensures production lines are set up to meet production and safety requirements including materials, equipment, and employees
• Locates, identifies, and tracks materials needed for each job
• Is responsible for meeting output per hour and quality metrics
• Reads, understands, acts upon, and completes all work-related documents
• Manages and works in any VAS area
• Monitors and addresses all safety-related issues on assigned production line
• Partners with the Floor Lead person to address any concerns related to employees, safety, and production
• Attends work regularly and on time
• Performs work with accuracy
• Learns and uses various warehouse management programs
• Completes other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor

• Has the ability to plan, assign, and direct work
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
• Collaborates with employees at all levels within the warehouse
• Can read and interpret documents such as BOMs, IPTs, product locations, toy descriptions, safety rules/procedures, operating instructions
• Has basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Can understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
• Can problem‑solve basic work‑related challenges
• Speaks, reads, and writes in English
• Spanish bilingual is preferred
