Production Team Leader

As part of its growth, Hexcel, a market leader, is recruiting an Internship Production Team Leader F/H for a mission that may evolve into a technical and/or managerial position within Hexcel. The position will be based at the Hexcel Avenières site (400 employees) near Chambéry.

• Student in an engineering cycle with a specialization or strong interest in industrial management, production management, and team organization.

• Alternance training focused on developing managerial posture and proximity leadership.

• Understanding of industrial production environments.

• Basic knowledge of QHSE systems.

• Sensitivity to performance indicators (safety, quality, productivity).

• Interest in production systems (ERP, internal procedures).

• Affinity for continuous improvement (Lean, problem-solving).

• Receive and transmit instructions and guidelines from your hierarchy, colleagues, and team.

• Organize and lead periodic and thematic meetings.

• Willingness to train in team management at a local level.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and relay instructions.

• Support for the skill development of employees.

• Development of managerial posture and field leadership.

• Strong presence on the ground and sense of team spirit.

• Rigor, reliability, and sense of responsibility.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to listen.

• Analytical capacity and strength of proposal.

• Previous experience in an industrial environment is appreciated.

• Knowledge of the textile sector or composite materials is a plus.

• Develop practical experience in local management.

• Understand the role of Production Team Leader.

• Contribute to performance in safety, quality, costs, and deadlines in respect of the Hexcel culture.
