Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator & Structural Welder to join our team in Fulton, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding structural steel and metal components used in a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on fabrication experience, strong welding abilities, and the capability to work from blueprints and detailed specifications.

Primary Responsibilities Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components according to project requirements and engineering drawings. Perform FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, TIG, Stick, and Solid Wire welding processes. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders. Measure, mark, and align materials to ensure accurate assembly. Operate fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, presses, and other shop tools. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

Move and position materials using forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment when required. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Work closely with production teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Desired Skills & Experience Previous experience in welding, fabrication, structural steel assembly, or a related trade. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication practices. Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.

Experience working with structural steel, industrial equipment, or heavy fabrication projects. Familiarity with industry standards and quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
