Environmental ConditionsAble to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc… allowed, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.),
Standing for full shift
Pay: $21.69/hr + 10% Shift Differential (Second Shift)
Location:
Stafford Springs, CT
- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience- 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
- Experience with production equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality testing.
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast‑paced environment.
