Pay: $21.69/hr + 15% Shift Differential (Night Shift)

- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
- Experience with production equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality testing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8‑hour period.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.69/hr.
