Assistant Plant Manager

Location: Star, MS

Employment: Full-time, Day Shift

The Assistant Plant Manager will oversee production operations, ensuring high standards of staff safety, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the Dry‑Ice facility.

• Maintain the facility and explain basic mechanical theory to direct reports.
• Ensure all staff adhere to OSHA general standards, Safety SOPs, P/L management, and labor cost controls.
• Collaborate with regional sales, management, and customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, and discipline employees in accordance with corporate policies.
• Manage shift scheduling, performance evaluations, safety training documentation, disciplinary actions, associate development, and job‑specific training.
• Coordinate vendors, project, and establish preventive maintenance programs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with formal technical training.
• Minimum of 5 years in production or plant management.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization; no current or future visa sponsorship needed.
• Proficiency with computerized management systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred if not already satisfied in required qualifications).

• Base salary: $90,000+DOE with bonus of 10% of salary
