Reporting to the head of the photolithography workshop, you will lead the maintenance activity during your shift and ensure the optimal availability of equipment.
Your main responsibilities include:
- 1. Maintenance Activity Management (Night Shift Team (3))
- Organize, plan, and prioritize corrective and preventive interventions for your team.
- Distribute the workload among technicians and support complex diagnostics.
- Ensure the proper application of safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Guarantee the performance and availability of equipment within your team.
- 2. Operational Equipment Maintenance
- Be the technical expert for your team.
- Supervise and participate in interventions on equipment (90% scanners and photolithography steppers).
- Develop and validate diagnostics, corrective actions, and production restarts.
- Ensure traceability of interventions in the CMMS and compliance with maintenance plans.
- 3. Continuous Improvement and Performance
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose improvement actions.
- Contribute to the reliability of installations.
- Manage and lead continuous improvement projects (personal and technician-led).
- 4. Proximity Management
- Supervise and motivate a team of 4 technicians.
- Ensure information relay between teams.
- Ensure the smooth handover of instructions between teams.
- Transmit information between teams (maintenance day, process, production, ESH, etc.).
- Support skill development (training, coaching, best practices, safety).
- Participate in performance evaluations and annual reviews of technicians.
- Graduate engineer or equivalent
- You are curious, passionate about technology, and enjoy working closely with operational teams.
- You have a good level of autonomy and adaptability.
- You enjoy teamwork and are proficient in English.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools would be an asset (AMDEC, SMED, 5S, AVP QRCI, VSM).
