Location: Monticello
Atlas-SSI, Inc. is seeking a Bucket Fab Shop Supervisor to lead a team of 6–10 fitters and welders in Monticello, MS.
You will oversee daily shop operations, ensure on-time production, and drive Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across the fabrication process. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales to establish achievable production schedules, verify materials are staged, and mentor staff to develop skills and accountability.
